Iranian filmmaker to serve on Swiss festival jury

Iranian filmmaker Majid Movasseghi has been selected as a member of a jury for the Visions du Reel International Film Festival in Switzerland.

Switzerland-based Iranian filmmaker Movasseghi will  serve on the jury of the Visions du Reel International Film Festival, organizers announced recently.

Movasseghi will judge the films in the Interreligious section of the event.

Other members of the section include religion communicator Praxedis Bouwman from the Netherlands, editor Nathalie Fritz from Switzerland and producer Daniel Zuta from Germany.

Seventeen film from across the world will be screened in the official competition section of the Swiss festival.

The Visions du Reel International Film Festival in Switzerland will be held on April 13-21, 2018 in the Swiss city of Nyon .
